By booking a service with Bloom Plants and More, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Services Provided
Bloom Plants and More provides in-home plant care services, including but not limited to:
Watering and feeding
Repotting and soil refresh
Plant health checks and pest control
Light and placement consultation
Routine maintenance and plant refresh services
Services will be provided as described on the booking form or agreement, and any additional services or changes may require a new agreement and/or additional charges.
2. Booking and Payments
Booking: All services must be booked in advance through our website, phone, or email.
Payment: Payment for services is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept Cash, Venmo, Cashapp, and PayPal.
Cancellations/Rescheduling: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. If a cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the scheduled visit, a cancellation fee of $50.00 may apply. Rescheduling is available up to 12 hours before the appointment without penalty.
No-show Policy: If you are not home or unable to provide access to your home at the time of the appointment, a 10% charge will apply.
3. Client Responsibilities
Access: The client agrees to provide adequate access to their home or plants for the scheduled visit.
Utilities & Supplies: The client agrees to provide reasonable access to necessary resources, including:
A water source (sink, hose, or watering station)
A clean work surface or area for repotting
Access to electrical outlets or lighting (if needed for care/inspection)
Any specific plant care supplies they want used (if applicable)
Plant Information: The client must provide accurate information about the plants and any special care requirements at the time of booking.
Safety: Bloom Plants and More is not responsible for any pets or obstacles that may impede access to plants or your home. It is the client's responsibility to ensure a safe environment for the plant care provider.
4. Service Guarantees
While we will do our best to care for your plants and ensure they thrive, Bloom Plants and More cannot guarantee the survival of any plant, as plant health depends on numerous factors beyond our control (such as environmental changes, pests, or previous plant health issues). If a plant experiences significant decline within 7 days after our service, we will provide a follow-up consultation free of charge.
5. Liability
Damage: Bloom Plants and More is not responsible for any damage to property or plants that occurs as a result of a service request, except in the case of gross negligence or improper care.
Health and Safety: Bloom Plants and More will not be held liable for any injury to persons or pets in the client’s home during the provision of services.
6. Confidentiality
Any personal information provided by the client will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
7. Service Modifications
Bloom Plants and More reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients via email or posted on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.
8. Dispute Resolution
In the unlikely event of a dispute, Bloom Plants and More is committed to resolving it amicably. Clients are encouraged to contact us directly to discuss any concerns. If resolution cannot be reached, any disputes will be handled according to local jurisdiction's laws.

10. Photography & Social Media Usage
By agreeing to these terms, you grant Bloom Plants and More the right to take photographs of your plants and share them on our website, social media, and marketing materials.
We will always respect your privacy, and no photos will be shared without your prior approval if they include your home or personal details.
11. Plant Care Recommendations
Any advice or recommendations given regarding plant care, placement, or health are based on industry standards and our professional knowledge. However, the client understands that plant care is an ongoing process and dependent on several external factors, including but not limited to environmental conditions, pests, and the plant's history.
12. Service Area Limitations
Service Area: Our services are currently available in the Kansas City Area. For locations outside of this service area, additional travel fees may apply. Please contact us for more details.
13. Emergency Services
Emergency Services: Emergency plant care requests are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Emergency care includes urgent needs like water damage, sudden pest infestations, or plant health crises.
14. Discounts & Promotions
Promotions: Periodically, Bloom Plants and More may offer special promotions, discounts, or referral bonuses. These offers are subject to change and cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.
15. Force Majeure
Bloom Plants and More shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
